Search the Internet, Give to Heartbeat

What if Heartbeat International, a non-profit charity that provides pacemakers, defibrillators and implant surgery to patients in developing countries, earned a penny each time you searched the the Internet. Well ... now they can!

Goodsearch.com is a new search engine powered by Yahoo that donates half of its revenue, about half a penny per search, to the charity of your choice.

I ask that you search at Goodsearch.com and select "Heartbeat International - Florida (Tampa, FL)" as your charity. Just 500 members searching four times a day will raise $7,300 a year without anyone donating a dime!

Thank you,

Hi Blake,

What a wonderful suggestion! By all means I will look into Goodsearch.com and use it as my search engine. It is amazing how those half pennies can add up.
Thanks for telling us about it.
