I saw my Surgeon, the wonderful Mr Alastair Sandilands at Glenfield UK a couple of days ago. My new box replant in Jan is all fine and dandy and he said did I want to book in for its replacement......?......WHAT ??

"Mr TM, your heart has recovered so well that you are on minimum demand...so how about I book you in for a replacement in ......2023 ?"

I dont know whos' grin was bigger,..his or mine.......

We talked about running and biking..."TM, I bike 35miles each Sunday with a pal and then we go to the Pub".

I completed his words for him "For some Scientific Sports Rehydration"

That big grin again.!!

I may have to wait 10 years to see that grin again.....but I'll put good money on him telling his bike pal that some Scientific Sports Rehydration may well be in order after next Sundays bike ride !!

What brilliant news l am so,so pleased for you, must be your Super Hero powers working well?
Yes at last the sun is shining, & it makes everyone so much more positive & happier doesn't it?
We have just booked our flights for S Africa again in October, so that is something to look forward to.
Well it won't be long until those hot barmy summer evenings when the "SHED" is THE place to be, must go & have a bit of a tidy up in preparation :-)

..............so if you are going to South Africa, you just might drop into Lesotho for some cheap Gap Clobber....have a great time. My Ultrarunner chum, Caroline, got back from Nairobi yesterday having been doing research there...down at the pub last evening she told me that the previous night , after some strange noises outside her hut,..she opened the curtains to see a Hippo leaning against her little house !!

Well..it happens to us all ..!!

How about...........Zebra Enjoys Sues Giant Kit-Kat? As you can see l have been exceptionaly clever by carrying on the African theme, & as l am still on my diet the KitKat is because l would kill for chocolate right now !
l did see loads of wild life over there last time but the nearest l got to a hippo was over the other side of a lake but l do a pretty good impression of one, hence the diet :-)
