6th Year Anniversary

My CRT-D is 6 years old today. Time sure does fly. I think most of us get reflective when this date comes around each year, I know I do.

So many reasons to be thankful: family, friends, a good team of Doctors and of course, the PMC.

So Newbies, when you think it is never going to get better, it is very important to.....give it time, BUT educate yourself and help yourself too. Take an active role in your health care and take care of yourself.

Knowledge is power!

You've nailed it! It's a journey for sure but you manage to keep a sense of humor and a positive outlook through everything. So glad you are part of this group.

Happy pacingversary! Once we get our health back, it's amazing how quickly time flies when you're having fun.

The first few years I celebrated, then the next few I was reflective. Now, I have to look it up. I know it's in May...

Happy Anniversary

Happy Anniversary Grateful Heart! I am only four months post-implant and it's been a difficult ride. However you give me hope, and I look forward to my sixth year on the CRT-D as well. Congratulations!

So I guess I am right on track. :-)

I don't think I will have to look up the date in the future. One of my sons was born on Dec. 5th. He was away at college the year of my implant so I didn't really miss his birthday that year.

So it's a double celebration!
