GH ...yes that WAS me that you saw..my new trainers create their own kind of Aurora Borealis that reflects off the stratosphere down to your corner of the USA.

Bossy...this very morning I did my weekly 5k 'Parkrun' race and knocked 57 secs off my PB ...I am down to 30.16 now. I reckon that my Mango Nikes just scared off the opposition !!

PS...for those with a Romantic Bent....check out the Valkyries in Norse Lore. The story goes that the Aurora Borealis is formed by the reflection of the setting sun on the polished breastplates of the flying-horsed Valkyries , as they fly over the Fallen Heroes, about to be raised for the final battle of Ragnarok.

A general question to all PM Club members....does wearing a suit of armour...at altitude..affect devices..?...we have had precious little input from The Valkyries...Don, is it all about good earthing / grounding ??
