for the feedback. I know I have read about statins depleting CoQ10 on more than 1 website, but I will not challenge your knowledge given your background...although I do love a good challenge...LOL.
Having said that, could this be similar to: coffee is not good for you, no wait...coffee is good for you now...no, coffee is not good for you...ok, right now, coffee is good for you again?
As far as CoQ10, I feel better taking it and I do notice a difference if I run out, but didn't connect it at the time. I don't take statins anymore, had to take myself off them due to no callback from 2 doctors. Not good I know.
I'll let you know how my blood test results go next week. I'm hoping!
Take care,
Grateful Heart

If you feel better taking CoQ10 ; that is all that matters !
It doesn't matter at all what published papers say one way
or the other; if I were you I would keep on taking it and I know you will !
As for coffee, I need it to bring me back into a state of consciousness every morning ; For me it is one of the pleasures of life and I am about to have one right now ( maybe I'm addicted to it.....oh no ! ).
If you hunt long enough on the net you will probably find that all the things you like eating and drinking can cause tumours in mice so maybe it's best not to look !
Best of luck with your blood test, if your cholesterol levels have fallen, you can celebrate with Co Q10, washed down with black coffee and a large red wine to follow.
I hope you're having a good weekend
Ian
