There are so many new members since I joined 3 years ago, I only have a read now and again and don't recognise a lot of members, but its good to see the support that is being given.
My lovely husband John died peacefully at home on the 17th of November after a long battle with COPD. We were married not quite 50 years, I was only 17 when we married so at the moment I am missing him dreadfully. I have got family living close so that is a blessing, and I have wonderful friends, but not quite the same as having my darling with me.
My 19 year old granddaughter is singing at Christmas in the park, this weekend so I am looking forward to going to that.
She has also just got the part of Sandy in Grease to be performed in May next year, so there will still be good things to look forward to just a huge adjustment to make to my life.
I hope you all have a peaceful and blessed Christmas.
Regards Jane

I have a well tuned pacer. I hardly know I have it. I am 76 year old, hike and camp alone in the desert. I have more energy than I have had in a long time. The only problem is my wife wants to have a knob installed so she can turn the pacer down.
My Condolences
