Just watching the news unfold about the shocking bomb situation at the finish line of the Boston marathon - I hope and prey for all the people involved and wish safety to all across the pond. Humans can be awful to one another, disgusting.

We can be sure that this vile act will do nothing to dampen the courage of athletes and thier supporters all around the World.

My thoughts are with you. There will be a very sombre mood at my running club this evening. Some of my mates are running the London Marathon next week, you can be sure they will have you in thier thoughts.
