lt has taken 8wks so obviously not a strict diet but all the same l am so pleased with the results.
l still need to lose some more & l am determined to do so.

Have been boasting & bragging to all my friends & as l consider everyone on this site my friend then l just had to "show off" to you too :-)

Hi Sue
WELL DONE.....fantastic news! I'm really pleased for you, you have done really well.
I've managed to lose half a stone by taking up my walking for exercise again. Loving the fresh air (& it really has been fresh here in the UK lately, hey?). I have been eating lots of fruit & veg too etc but the walking has been a big factor. I don't need to lose much but being inactive for so long last year, I put a bit on that I'd rather not have!
Thanks for all your replies to my posts too.
Yes, I must make sure I stick to the hours if I get the job, I agree with you. It's so easy to overdo things.
Well done again.
Best wishes
Janey

................about the 6litre of Coke to the 5litre of paint....
A little thing for you to think over......
6 litres of water, as in Eau..Agua..H2O...against a big, rich, Bulgarian 5 litre Monastery Bean Soup..??
If Frank were here, he would have a fine comment to make on this ,..oh so silly thread...
Long may this silliness continue
Sue...bickering will do nothing to regain our old friendship..........!
I am happy to start again...bygones be bygones..

Why exactly had you smeared 28 packs of butter all over your body ?? Had you intended swimming the channel ; is it what people do in Shropshire or was it a strange request from your kinky husband ???
Very confused from Buckinghamshire

...............................I have Private Messaged you on this matter.
For the benefiet of those countless PMC members who think that I am nothing short of a loony, this is what I did.
I punched..."Things that weigh 14 pounds"..into my computer and a great long list came up. I especially liked the Bowling Ball and the Bald Eagle .
I do, however plead guilty to actually weighing a 2 litre Coke bottle..( this may confirm peoples suspicions re paragraph 2 )
Sue I do hope that this clears things up !!
Congrats once again !

I just want to share about the quality of life after my pacemaker, and hopefully increase awareness that lifestyles do not have to be drastically modified just because we are pacemaker recipients.

Grateful Heart,Angry Sparrow & Kimbo your encouragement is what l needed as it is tough going at times but l am in the "Zone" now so l intend to keep it up & will let you know when the next milestone arrives.
Tatman,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, thanks ? But not sure about the accuracy of your comparisons, 5litres of paint the same as 6litres of coke ??? & as for the rest of the random items ???????????????
Now then, naughty IAN MC well l cant swim, & as far as l am aware it is not an old Salopian tradition so l guess you have the answer :-)
