Just checking in. Really no big changes with me other then dealing with the heat. I'm still hanging in there. Had another echo done. Good thing is my EF hasn't gone down any. The bad thing is that I look at things with not much future or plan anything more then a day or two in advance. That in itself is really pushing me deeper into depression. I been taking Zoloft for a few years, but it really not working anymore. I guess I need to call my doctors on this soon. The 4 walls are closing in on me very fast the last two weeks. I did tell my wife, but I guess that flew over her head.
Well, I hope everybody is doing good.
Take care and God Bless,
Paul

Good to hear from you. You've been through so much, talk to your Doctors and let them know how you are feeling. Maybe they can change your medication.
That's good that your EF hasn't gone down. You are a strong man. Have they talked about putting you back on the transplant list?
Please tell your wife again and make sure she hears you.
My Prayers are with you.

My pacemaker was installed in 1998 and I have not felt better. The mental part is the toughest.

Sorry to hear that you are feeling so down, I agree with Grateful Heart, talk to your Drs, hopefully they can support you better. I havn't been on here much over the last few months so hadn't realised you were not still on the transplant list. My husband has severe COPD so I have an understanding of what it is like when you have someone who is chronically ill, I know I feel completely helpless that I can't make things better for my husband, and I am sure your wife must feel the same, are you both getting enough support, it is such a difficult time for you both, you have been amazingly brave. Come and talk to us when you feel up to it, know that there are a lot of people online that are thinking about you, and praying for you and your wife. Maybe a few cherry hello's from around the world might brighten your day.
