Good morning everyone

Just a quick check in. Been doing OK. Really no changes at this point. Still fighting fluid with my body weight swinging 10 to 15 lbs a week. Have a doctors appointment next week in New Orleans.

Im glad youre holding your own,hope the pup's doing well,and its good to hear youre keeping up the fight.
Sorry about the fluid weight,that has to be frustrating,I hope all goes well at the Dr next week.

I have long been a fan of Cajun food and music...how many Brits know about Rockin Dopsie and the Cajun Twisters and do jambalaya...??

More to the point, Lubro, I am 1st generation French...direct, as in, invitation to my nieces wedding in Lille, this morning.

I do invite all who love this Forum to google / search the history of the Acadians (Arcadians ) and the extraordinary resilience of minority groups who roam the world in search of a simple. threat-free existence.

In the land of the free..there are so many beautifull examples of groups who keep their ideals alive...

Acadians...as in.."We are Cajuns " is , for me , an inspiration for all those who defy threat and quietly defend what is right.....
