Hi all,
just a question about my pacemaker card that i carry with me i recently moved to a new state and was wondering how i notify medtroics so they have a good address for me ,looked on thier site did not see a link...thanks in advance

you should also be able to get your info changed by email. I did that once and then changed back to my original Dr. when it became necessary. Go to the medtronic web site. Bowlrbob

Usually there is an 800 number on the back of your i.d. card that you call and give them the updated information. Then the company will send you a new card with updated doctor info etc. At least this is how ELA medical does it (they are part of the Sorin Group). I would think this would be a universal truth for all pm cards, but I don't know if there is an industry standard.
