Been kind of ruff the last week or so. Just beat all the time now. I had went in to my transplant team friday and they wanted to put me in the hospital for a few days. I was able to talk them out of that.
I'm still fighting fluid build up. It's at the point now that I have to take a shot of lasix once every two days along with a bunch of lasix pills inbetween.
My blood count numbers are still dropping and now they want blood once a week. They are telling me that they are about to relist me to 1A for my transplant. I just don't know if that is a good thing .
Anyway, all depressed all the time, I still try to get out when I can on those "good days" get have some fun.
Take care all and God Bless,
Paul

Past a very bad night last night. Even trying to sleep on 4 pillows help very little. I had to hit the nitro a bunch of times along with morphine. The wife wanted to call 911 or take me to the ER. I just told her it will past, which it did somewhat. Still having heavy chest pains. I'm sure they will past. If not, I will call my transplant team today anyway.
Cathy, I willing to take a transplant heart. Yes, I do have mixed feeling about that. The only problem is that I still have great days were I feel great as if nothing is wrong. My team knows this and they are willing to et things ride as long as I can go. That is one reason I haven't been steped up to 1A.
Anyway, hope everybody has a great day and God Bless.
Paul

I sure appreciate all the insight and wisdom you give me for support.
I think bumping you up to a 1A status is a very good thing. You'll have a much better chance at getting a heart. Are you not sure you even want a new heart?
Thinking of you, Cathy
