Good Morning and Merry Christmas

Morning everyone. Merry Christmas. I hope everyone has a blessing day.

I spending another Christmas in the hospital again. Yesterday, I was feeling great till the doctors came in and dropped the bomb on me. Got another staff infection in my Hickman. They had to pull it out again. It looks like I will be here for another week or so.

God Bless,
Paul

I'm still kicking and yes, still here in the hospital. They still don't know when they will cut me loose.

I was almost at the point yesterday of just quiting all treatment. Still thinking about it. As I expland to my doctors, it's like owning a old car the keeps breaking every week. One get very tired fixing it just knowing it's going to die soon.

Of course the complete doctor's group knows this now and I feel that my chances of getting a new heart has went way down.

Yesterday, I was in another room with another person that is in need of a transplant. She is a 27 year old with two young kids. Her mother is with her, but just don't understand what is going on. She just wants her daughter to be fixed. I tryed to explain what is what, but she just didn't want to hear it.

Anyway, I did get a few mins alone with this young woman. We had a great talk on what is what and were our future is going. Myself, I hope she gets her transplant soon. I don't think she will make it much longer. Very sad thing.

Anyway, thanks all and God bless all of you.
Paul
