We are having the calm before the storm now. As of 4am local time, they had moved to were Isaac will make land fall. I had a feeling this was going to happen. So, yesterday, I had the kids drag out the genset and ran/tested it, just in case.
I wasn't up to do anything yesterday. Was feeling real bad. Maybe still adjusting back to the dobutamine again. My home bound nurse did come to check me out and to make sure that I had all meds if the storm came our way. One good thing is that as far as power lost, I'm at the top of the list to get it back fast in my area.
Anyway, woke up before 2 am again unable to breath. That is getting very scary. Guess I will have to get that O2. One more tube hooked to me will be hell, but if needed, so be it.
So I hope everyone has a great Sunday. I did get some great new though. My son will be getting married next April. Its about time. LOL Him and his GF came yesterday and had a sit down talk about the wedding. Now they been together for over 8 years and the first thing I said was,"It's about time".LOL Hell, he is 32 and she will be hitting 33. The clock is ticking as I told them if they want a family. LOL Can't you tell I want more grandkids.LOL. I'm tickled pink about this news.
Ya'll have a great day and God bless, Paul

about your son getting married. Our only son is 31 and we're starting to lose hope that we will ever have a grandchild.
Sounds like you do need that O2 to get a good nights sleep.
So glad you are home once again and good luck with the storm.
Take care, Cathy

I hope you dont get caught in the storm. they are so unpredictable. But I am sure you and your family will be safe. Congratulations on the wedding. It will give you so much to look forward to. my son was married recently at age 35 and dating the same girl on and off for 17 years. Now they are expecting my first grandchild in the spring. I am 62 I thought I wouldnt be here to see a grandchild but miracles do happen, and I pray that you will be the recipient of good news and the help you need to get better soon. Best of everything RMGD

Hope you get your oxegyn soon so you can sleep easier. Its very frightening when you can't breath. Great news about the wedding, it is an exciting time, preparing. My daughter and son in law were together for 10 years, had 3 children when they got married. Their daughter was 7 and twin sons 4 so they were included in the wedding party, it was such a fun day. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Best wishes
Jane

Well Congrats!! I love weddings...
I hope Isaacs arrival won't impact you much. I am up north and it's rare that we get such a bad hurricane but it has happened. I you will be feeling better soon.
