Hi - I have the old PM that can't have an MRI used on it. Do you have a newer PM that is MRI proof?
Good luck with your recovery. I'll be having a double knee replacement probably within the next decade or so, I'm sure.
Peace,

Sometimes a device must be tuned a few times before it is right. My cardiologist said it is like fine tuning a car.

I was wondering how it went....that's great news mytrose!
After the surgery pain is gone, you will be amazed how the original bad knee pain is gone too. Take your pain meds, don't try to brave it. I thought I didn't need it for my hip at night and I woke up in a lot of pain. Once the pain starts, it takes longer for the meds to work....not fun. After a week I only needed them at night time for a few more days....but....we are all different.
Keep up with the exercises they gave you and when you can, go to physical therapy. They work you hard...and it makes all the difference. I know of someone who didn't go and his legs are in bad shape now because he did not do the exercises and pretty much stayed in bed.
Glad to hear you are doing well.
