Please go to ER

I would echo the words of Angry Sparow.
This happened to me with my first pacemaker and it turned out to be a staph infection. You need to go to ER quickly and get a culture to find out exactly what kind of bacteria it is. This could be very serious as you don't want the infection to spread.
Don't rely on doxcycline

Most of the bugs likely to cause an incision wound infection will be resistant to doxycycline, you need a different antibiotic !

It made a HUGE difference in my life. Once I got it, I was finally able to run, and ride my bike long distances.
cultures

You need cultures asap to determine exactly what kind of bacteria it is so they can treat it with the right meds. I would consider an infectious disease specialist rather than the surgeon. If it gets out of control, you'll have to have it removed again so it's important to be proactive.
