Hi Guys - first, Merry Chrismoose & Happy New Year to all
To my point - I've been working like a demon trying to get my home ready for the seasonal invasion of family & friends, in particular I've been rubbing down an old chest, trying to bring it back to its former glory - in doing this I've had to change rubbing down arms(right arm got weary) so I've done quite a bit of movement with my left arm - My issue is that today I have the most severe pain in my chest and spasms in my left side (pm site) and up into my neck ... I'm presuming I've just overdone it and aggravated my pm 'pocket' can anyone shed any light on this for me ?

Today has been slightly easier, not so much muscle spasm less pain generally in the 'pocket' area. On reflection I did too much I think and because I have lost so much weight I think there is a little too much play in the pocket - I'm guessing the generalised pain was due to rubbing of my pm in that area. Anyhow things are calmer today - ...â¦. Just got to get on with stuff, recognize when things are serious and when to admit to paranoia ..lol

If your heart isn't

If your heart isn't bouncing around like a ping pong ball and you aren't fainting or short of breath, I'd say it's just muscle pain. Take some Tylenol and see how you feel.
From what I've heard on this site, if you start feeling faint or your heart starts jumping around then you have to worry about the leads being damaged.
If you still don't feel good after the Tylenol then I'd make the call to the PM people. If you start feeling real bad, punch the button and go to the ER. But it doesn't sound like you're there. Worst case, don't be a superhero.
