I have had my PM since 2005 medtronic enrythum have been doing pretty good a little afib and some ventricle tachacardia (sorry about spelling lol) anyway about a week ago out of no where i started having palpitations about every 4th beat knowing that these are generally harmless i tried to ignore them but that is easier said than done after about 5 days i called the Dr went in had a PM check and a ekg which were both pretty normal Dr gave me some medicine to try and help but turned out i could not take it due to asthma and being diabetic I have been trying to figure out what could cause theses all of a sudden I have not done anything different except taking vit b complex Dr had discontinued my digoxin a couple of months ago because he thought it might be the culprit causing my nausea which i don't know if that was it or not but thinking about starting the digoxin again gonna call Dr to ask if that is ok Just looking for any info that might help me to get rid of these palps lol Thanks Valerie

It's hard to say what is happening. But if you needed a PM your heart was having problems that may get worse. It sounds a little like a heart block, but those usually show up on an EKG.

On the vitamins, just be sure you're not taking meg doses - stay within the USDA RDA amounts.

Keep working with your doctor and talking to us. Is he can't resolve it or tell you why, you might want a second opinion.
