Exforge

Hi,
Haven't been on here in awhile but have checked in to see how everyone is doing....

I have been on Exforge for 6 years now. Combination CCB (Norvasc) and an ARB . Starting to get severe anxiety and hot flashes. (Too old for hot flashes, ha ha). Dr doesn't believe it's drug related. Am I surprised at his attitude, no. But I got him to lower dose of CCB to only 5 mgs. Been on new dose 5 days and still getting some hot flashes and anxiety.

Anyone else have a problem with Exforge or a CCB?

Never used either drug, 70 and still get hot flashes. When I told the dr. I was too old for hot flashes , he said " Must not be, your still getting them." Maybe if I went on those drugs they would go away?? Lol!! Jean
