Weight Lifting.

When I first got back into weights after PM my EP suggested lower weights and more reps. I'm now back full go. I did feel a little irritation around the PM site at first but it went away. Sometimes if a take off a few days because of a vacation, when I come back I feel it after my push-ups and bench presses, probably muscle pain. Pull downs can also take awhile before they feel comfortable. My EP suggested, if hurts don't do it.
Just keep it up you'll be fine.

The muscles around my PM sometimes get tender; mostly (like Jerry) if I haven't been lifting in a while.
I agree, keep doing what you can tolerate.
Take care,

Yes, I lift weights. No, it does not hurt around the pm. I've aggravated the muscles around the pocket a few times but not from weights.
