BIS0PROLOL

HI due to PVC I am now on bisoprolol,l started on 2mg and because I am having more and more PVC its gone up to 8mg is this the right way to control these unwanted beats ?
I seem to be draging my self around theses days and need a nap in the day but this means I dont sleep at night very well, so I dont know if its the bisoporolol or my bad habit of sleeping in the day, I am only 56 so its not a age thing.

why

Why did you choose to treat the PVCs with it? I thank this website. Much have been written about it. I have a lot f PVCs. .very annoying but they are just benign. I was put on amiadarone and betaloc zok for the tachycardia and PVCs. After no improvement I decided to quit amiadarone. Am only in betaloc now. Im just from the pm interrogation. This time with PACs and PVCs. My cardio wanted to put me on sotalol?? Not sure with spelling. I said no. Guess what..after some days the symptoms have gone.

Iam trying my to ignore them..I only take 0.5mg of clonazepam at night when they r severe and symptomatic. Think again about ur choice. I understand its difficult though being told they r not life threatening while u feel like u will just die lol..

Bisoporol and PVC's

by stillticking - 2014-02-16 05:02:50

Hi,

I am also 56 and had my PM fitted about 4 months ago. Everything was great I had loads of energy and could walk miles without feeling breathless then I started getting PVC's like heart missing every other beat, I thought I was going to die (again) The first episode was for 5 hours then they were happening all day. Dr started me on 5 mg of Bisoporol now I am on 7.5 mg. The PVC's are still there but I am tired and breathless and I feel like I did before I had the PM. Everyone tells me that the PM is working so it must be the drugs that cause me to feel so bad. No one has been able to explain why I started getting the PVC's but at the moment I feel that if they are not life threatening (i cant believe it) the Id rather have them than the tiredness.

Good luck
