Well folks we should have left on our log trip last week but fate dictated otherwise. I have to see the specialist in Hobart on Monday regarding surgery which will be about mid May. As it is too dangerous for me to suffer another bout of cholangitis the surgery will be to join my liver duct directly to my bowel. To say I am scared stiff is an understatment.
On 6 May I see the lung sp again to monitor the node in the top of my left lung. I have to have a CT scan a couple of days before my appt.
My husband has to have further spinal treatment and sees the sp on l3 May His treatment be on the mainland in Melbourne. My question is how does a juggler keep all those balls in the air?
I am coping ok by just taking things day by day. I have been planting a lot of bulbs and being outside when the weather is fine with my beautiful cocker spaniel for company and a nice radio station playing my old favourites from the 60's and 70's is good for the soul
Must away and pack for the long journey. Talk to you soon. Cheers from Oz.

Hi! Blue, I am at a loss for words except to say I care. Have you thought of writing the story of your life? You have to be strong and yet weary. When the sky is falling, it helps me to remember that while we certainly don't choose all that happens to us, we do get to choose how we respond. Take care and look for the rainbow through it all.
