Checkup

Hi folks

I haven't posted news in a while but will say I am off tomorrow to Hobart. A five hour drive, for my PM check and Cardio check. My husband Brian also has to see the same Prof for a yearly cardiac check..

I feel ok. I just get so terribly tired but I think it is because I have too much to do. My husband has a lump on his spine and a spur which he sees the specialist about on 23 March. Brian is crippled with pain leaving me to do all the hard yakka.

With the house up for sale it is just non stop. Sometimes I dream of being able to just do nothing but then question if that would really be the downhill run. I guess that at over 70 years my bones are sending me a message.

Catch you all later, cheers from Oz

Hi! Blue, Travel safely, and I hope you and hubby find something that makes you smile along the way. Having a home for sale and worrying about a loved one's health are both tiring emotionally and physically, so take care. Hopeful Heart

Thank you all

Just logged in to find your comments. Thank you all. As many of you know I live out in the country so appreciate my pm friends. Brian has a bad nigh so we will be off later than we thought. Best not to get stressed about things and enjoy the roses and flower smells on the way.zsw

It happens

I'm 83 and am beginning to get the feeling that this old body is wearing out. It happens at different ages mainly due to our genetics. The interesting thing is that my heart is doing great. It's joints and muscles that let me know I'm not 20 anymore.

cheers,

frank

Thinking of you

Hello, Blue!
I just wanted to let you know that tomorrow I'll be thinking about you and your long drive to Hobart! I'm so sorry you have all this work and concern about your husband. Doing nothing ... I think it would be quite boring but, perhaps, a few hours of rest and fun would be good! Ariela

You know you're wired when...

You have a new body part.
