As Tacey E says Tampa was a great success. How about running a proposed meeting past us all again and see what interest there is as my previous post elicited at least four interested persons? For those who want to come from afar it takes a lot of planning regarding travel and domestic arrangements. Just a thought as we seem to have so many new members on the site now. Sincerely Billie

Tampa was held about a couple of years ago. I could not go but looked forward to a talked about meeting last September but various factors meant it was not posible. From what I gathered Tampa was a hug success and one pm member even flew over from England. Pacergirl has photos of the gathering on her photo posting I think.

Tampa was a planned programme a special rate given to members who stayed at a booked hotel. I think there was some sponsorship. Tracey E is the one to give you all the information There is also an article in The Pulse if my memory serves me correctly. Tracey E is one of our coordinators. Hope my information is correct as it is only from an observational point. A mention of a meeting has prompted a lot of replies and many of the pm members who were around on the site when Tampa was held do not post anymore hence a fresh wave of new interest from new members aboard.
For me to come over, as I would so love to do, would take a lot of planning ahead family wise and ticketwise as I want to visit others whilst I am on the hoof and it is a big event and a lot of work to cope with. Hopefully we can all have some input and a positive outcome in the future. Here's hoping and wishing Billie
