I'm about to visit several factories in China for work that have several robotic welders on site. Do I need to concerned about any interference with my PM? Just want to plan accordingly. Thanks in advance,
Abelle

Try to concentrate on how youre able to be active again and feel normal, rather than on having a machine stuck in your body.

Hi Anna, Sounds like an interesting trip. As I've posted before about welding precautions, to ease your mind & also maybe management I would contact St Jude Engineering giving them some specs of welding equipment used. Generally there's no problem unless very heavy beams like bridgework with lots of amperage developing magnetic fields is involved. As an observer you only should not be that close to transfromers or cables.
I talked to St. Jude a couple years ago about doing Tig & Mig welding and was told no problem as long as I did'nt need hundreds of amps of RF current. Check it out Anna !!
