I don't if I'll make my 5k deadline

Now I have mild pneumonia. Jeez, will it ever end. My luck is just as bad as those around me. Last week my friend's truck got stolen, and then his other truck spontaneously combusted last Sunday at approximately the same time that my husband fell off of his motorcyle at crushed his ankle.
Men.........I swear!
And now I'm sick, not feeling too smurfy, playing nurse while at the same time trying to train for a 5k in December with pneumonia, a partially collapsed lung, and a recently implanted tiny shapeship looking thing.

Angelie, it's great to be tough and all that but maybe you need to put the training on hold for just a wee bit until your lungs have healed? I'm just sayin' ;o) You'll still have my vote for energizer bunny poster child and I have no doubt you'll still finish the race. You're too stubborn not to!

I'm sorry you've not having a good week!! Your husband's ankle, ouch.
