Helllooooooo

Just popped in to say hello. No, I haven't fallen off the face of the earth... just living in Kansas. Heart seems to be doing fine, business is doing great and I feel better than I have in a very long time. Of course I have had some struggles along the way, but I have developed a new outlook about my life. I try very hard to follow what I think I should be doing. My yearly cardiac check-up is coming up and I will have to explain that I will not be taking the beta blocker anymore. It just plain makes me too tired to get anything done. I am a type A personality and I want to be able to "get some work done" and enjoy my life.
Hubby and I bought a Harley and we love to ride on our off time. We logged over 3,000 miles last summer alone.

That's wonderful news! so glad to hear that you are doing so good. sometimes I feel a little guilty (posting when others are struggling so--although I was struggling before the PM) because I only got my PM on 4/7 but it has made a tremendous difference in my life and I feel so incredibly good and blessed.
