help me describe this sensation to my doctor

hope all of you can help me . i have Arrhythmia history with pacemaker. since 07 am all ready use to feeling all this sensations but i cannot find a word to describe my feeling how do you call this., it happens at anytime i feel this sensation like if i have some kind of spasms in my heart last for seconds feels like my whole heart gets full of blood and shakes i do not feel anything else maybe a little light headed can it be just stress? almost feels like a palpitation but different help me describe this sensation if you had exp.
