LIL' BROOKLYNN NEEDS ALL OUR PRAYERS ~

Almost a year ago, I came to all of you at PM world wide and asked for prayers for a very ill baby of a good Friend of our Family.

From Baby Brooklyn's Aunt Tracy: "For all of my friends who remember that my great niece was born with a heart defect and had open heart surgery at 2 weeks. thanks for your prayers. she was featured in an article int he Hill Country News".

The article in the local Leander, TEXAS newspaper read:

"Eight months ago, a Leander mother gave birth to her precious baby girl not suspecting that at only 2 weeks old, her only child would need surgery. Little Brooklynn DuBose was born on May 5, 2010, after a normal pregnancy, and her parents and pediatrician couldn’t have guessed that she had."

This update was made in 2011: This is from the the Great Aunt Tracy Dempsey Demchuk & the Mother. Baby: Brooklyn, born May 10, 2010. The baby is well & is a miracle, THANX to all of you and your prayers back then ~

NOW, I get this message from Brooklynn's Aunt w/another UPdate requiring an operation:

Brooklynn was born with a critical congenital heart defect called Truncus Arteriosus. Without immediate surgery, she would have faced heart failure and death. She survived open heart surgery at just 2 weeks old, and just a little over 5 lbs. Her chest was left open for 3 days, and she endured CPR the first night after surgery. While in most ways, she is a normal 2 year old, she still has many surgeries ahead of her. Brooklynn is scheduled to undergo her 2nd heart procedure very soon. With her medical costs being so high, the family is hoping to raise enough to cover some of her medical bills.

Please hold Lil' Brooklynn and Her Families close to your heart and say a few Prayers as they go thru this stressful period of times ~ Pray for Lil' Brooklynn's Health and the monies to get through the skyrocketing medical costs ~
