I have monitoring every 3 months. I used to have an 'ok' about 6 weeks after. Now it has changed to "if there is a problem we will contact you" I don't like this, but I suppose all is ok as I have not been contacted the twice I have done it on this system. However I am assured that if I have a problem I can transmit at any time, just to let the clinic know.
I think it all depends on your EP. Mine is so busy that I think this is why he does it this way.
