Hi there . I have a biventricular pacemaker as well. I am still on my first pacemaker. You also have a potential lead problem. You should not be feeling dizzy and the cause needs to be investigated. Could be just they have not set the settings in your new pacemaker the same as your old one. Or they may just might need some adjustment. Members on this site cant really answer your question as it needs a full investgation by the hospital. I would not wait too long if I were you. Good luck and let us know how it goes . Cheers Peter
