Hi i have not been on in a long time, I am feeling much better than before and i am no longer depressed. I have started to exercise some. I currently rebound for 10 minutes a day(its the most i can handle) and really want to tone up my midsection. I am really thinking about buying the ab lounge.
My question is has anyone on here used the ab lounge and had any good results?
I dont want to waste money so i am really hoping some of you have used it and can give some reviews.... Thanks

Toning...

Sure, toning any muscle group is very important, but if you think that doing ab exercises = a lean, ripped midsection.... it doesn't... 90% of the look of your abdomen is simply diet.
I do core exercises, like crunches, and alternating crunches (For those obliques) and I do 3 sets of 120 every tues/thurs, but to much ab work will also lead to a thicker waist.

and it's a great clothes hanger! Seriously though, like any piece of home exercise equipment, it's great for awhile, then it gets old! I get quickly bored staying home and exercising. I like being outdoors too much. Also, the ab lounge takes up a lot of room!

I don't know about the ab lounge but most home exercise equipment I've tried is either hard to use or too clunky- I use it for a few weeks then it becomes clothes storage. Check out this website.

It helps you create a workout routine and has a place to track it. There isn't much a machine can do that plain ole crunches won't. You can also track nutrition on it. I found it very eye opening! I knew I was pretty good about fat, cholesterol and calories but was shocked at some of the vitamins I'm seriously deficient in.
