I had my pacemaker placed on dec 2nd. the first week i had left should pain that seemed to go away. Today I was doing deep breathing exercises and started getting shooting pains in my left shoulder and neck and even in my chest. It does not feel like muscle pain. Is it associated with the vagus nerve? Anyone else have this feeling?

Hi there. I have been experiencing the same thing but i am convinced it is something to do with the way that i am lying in bed. Change your pillows and see if that helps.
I was also getting a sort of pulling pain when i was deep breathing, i think now that it was just the leads stretching a little bit, seems to be much better now.
