feeling better

I have only been on this site a few days and I look forward to seeing what’s new as soon as I get home from work. Is it common to have A-Fib (ranging from 39 to 170 bpm) with either Essential tremors or sleep apnea? I believe I read a couple of post’s about someone having a PM and being tested for sleep apnea. Unfortunately I have all three Essential tremors, sleep apnea and A-fib. I know much more about either the Essential tremors or sleep apnea than I do about A-fib with a PM. But this site, and all of you have been a real help. I just got my PM on Monday and I’m still pretty sore but not as tired at the end of the day. Today was the first time in a long time that when I left work that I wasn’t completely worn out. Although my heart does still beat somewhat hard at times, but it’s much better than it was before. Tonight when I got home from work there’s still some gas in the tank. Although in Sept I had an ablation and felt great for about a week or so and over time things seem to go down hill.
One more thing, last summer someone suggested that I lay off aspartame for my tremors and you know what, it did help. It also seemed to help the A-Fib. My heart would race at 170bpm and feel like it was going to pound out of my chest. I still would get the racing heart but not the hard pounding with it. Has anyone here found this to be true for them?

The experience of having a couple of lengths of wire fed into your heart muscle and an electronic 'box' tucked under the skin is not an insignificant event, but you will survive.
