Ever since my pacemaker surgery I hear music constantly but very softly. It is the same tune over and over. Can anyone help with this?

There is a condition that involves non-psychiatric hallucinations. It is commonly found in the hard of hearing resulting from lack of auditory stimulation but can also be found in people with no hearing impairment e.g. brought on by some prescription drugs. There are several other possible causes as well. It has nothing to do with the hallucinations found in some forms of mental illness.

I have no medical background so cannot comment on the veracity of what is in this article. However, it may explain the musical sounds you are hearing.
