Sneezes burn throughout my chest

So this ones fun. I had a lovely stomach bug and ended up throwing up ( sorry, awful I know) Whenever I did This hot burning tingly feeling would start at my chest and radiate out. Now as Im feeling better today ( aside from allergies) when I sneeze the same thing is happening, anyone have any idea?
