Last April I received a dual pacing device, and an av node ablation for atrial fibrillation and atrial tachycardia. Since the insertion of the pacemaker I began to experience ventricular tachycardia. It is much better controlled now with sotalol, though I still have a 3-5 minute occurrence every few days. These are almost always mid-afternoon soon after I get up from my afternoon rest. They do NOT occur after I get up in the morning. Is this progression familiar to anyone? Were there any solutions?

You know you're wired when...
Bad hair days can be blamed on your device shorting out.

I live an extremely normal life now and my device does NOT hinder me in any way.

When my ventricular tachycardias showed up on my pm check, it was after a rest. Since being on Coreg CR both my bp and vts are controlled. Hope this helps
