SETTINGS AND V-TACH

Hello Everyone, I have a few questions regarding the sensitivity of my Ventricular and Atrial lead. There has been an increase in Ventricular High Rate episodes and an increase in Ventricular pacing. Several changes were made in the last few Interrogation reports that I was unaware of. They include the following:

Post mode switch pacing turned off
Sensing assurance Atrial lead turned off
Sensitivity Atrial lead from .50 to .18 to .35
Sensitivity Ventricle lead from 4.00 to 2.00
Sensing Ventricle lead on
Amplitude Margin from 2.0 to 1.5
Pace and Sense Polarity Bipolar for both leads.
Atrial and Ventricle high rate detection lowered to 160.

Rate Response is off as is Optimization
MVP is on

Mode Switches, PVC's, Ventricle High Rate Episodes are much higher with these settings and the Ventricle pacing has gone from 0 to 7% I was told this was not a problem until it reaches 15%....
Is it possible to turn off the ventricle lead or lower the sensitivity?
Atrial Sensitivity P-Wave 4.00-5.60mv..Ventricle Sensing Threshold R-Wave 2.00mv-280mv P-Wave seems higher with the changes.

Have a Tech who is reluctant to tell me of any changes, so I did my study on all my Interrogation reports. Have been boxing, playing tennis, and working out for two years without any problems. Ventricle pacing was 0-.05% even before my Ablation with very few Ventricle High Rate episodes.
More sensitive setting on the leads and turning off the Post Mode switch Pacing seemed to have changed the Ventricular reporting.
Thanks for your HELP...Going in tomorrow for latest check up

I feel so blessed to have this little gem implanted in me. When I think of the alternative it is quite overwhelming sometimes.
