Hard time with feeling my PM

Hello everyone. I haven't been on for a while but here goes. I've had my St. Judes PM for about 7 months now and for the most part things have been ok. I had what I would call severe pvc's prior to getting my PM (had 3rd degree heart block). After my surgery the pvc's actually calmed down. For whatever reason in the past few weeks the pvc's have returned with a vengence and I am also really aware of my PM. It is almost like it has moved or something. Something just does not feel right. My heart feels "funny" for lack of a better word. I called my cardiac nurse today to see if I can get in for a check up but she never returned my call. I"m trying not to get into that anxiety state again but its hard. I'm thinking that everything is ok, but then again maybe I need a tune up again. Any thoughts?
