Pacemaker post Ablation

I had my first Pacemaker implant in 2000, after a failed ablation for atypical atrial flutter, had a few AF events, followed by 8 years event free. Second implant in 2008 (Altrua 50, basic rate 75 - DDDR), ever since have had AF events leading to an Ablation in August 2012. Unable to tolerate anti arrhythmic drugs as they provoke more events - except for Flecainide which I take on the 'pill in the pocket' regime. Second ablation success or failure at this stage ? as getting more events which I gather is common in early stages after procedure. Pacemaker programmed to cut out when AF is detected and return when it detects my own heart has sinus rhythm. PM has difficulty in detected my P wave. Have recently had one DC cardionversion, heart OK for two weeks then AF again + bronchitis - awaiting a second DC Cardioversion. Flecainide no longer seems to work after the ablation and heartrate about 150 bpm at rest - don't know what the hell is happening - wondering if my PM is over sensing - have asked Cardiologist and awaiting response. Anyone give me a possible clue?
