Ive had my Pacmeaker going on 8 years now and at one point I was told that I could not operate a snowblower due to the vibration. Living in New England and after this bad period. Has anyone used a snowblower while having a pacemaker if so have you experienced any issues or not?

Blow all you want

It couldn't have been a Doctor who told you that. At least I hope not. If we cant handle vibration there would be a lot of things we couldn't do like walk, jog, jet ski, snow ski, water ski, drive a car, bike, go up stairs etc. etc.. About all we could do is sit in a chair and not move.
A pm gives us back our lives. It does not restrict them.
Bad winter in Ohio too. I had to use the snow blower twice a day several times.

Operate anything you want. Whoever you talked to was feeding you a line. (Don't hug your Sawzall like Theknotguy did. I keep my Sawzall at arm's length.) There are lots of posts archived in here, all you have to so is search for them. I posted a comprehensive one on electro-magnetic interference. Theknotguy has posted a lot on this subject.

I had the same concerns

with a lawnmower. Since I posted that comment a couple of months back, I have used the mower a several times and have not had any problems. The good news is I can mow the yard in half the time I used to, since my heart now beats at a regular pace. Feels good to be productive!

My ICD/pacer is not a burden. I still play tennis and golf.
Only a problem if

I see it as a problem only if you've modified your snowblower and added a V8 engine. Then it would be a question of whether you would be able to handle it. Then it might be dragging you all over the place.
Other than that there shouldn't be a reason why you couldn't run a snowblower.
I'm running equipment all the time without any problems.
Well, with the exception of the Sawzall saw. But that's another story.
Do you think you guys will be dug out by June?
