Theme songs for us all!

That's right, I have found music for EVERYBODY here. If you see something on the list below that fits you, search it on YouTube.

1) If you are self conscious, hide everything, and only your closest friends/ family know about your ticker, check out "The Real Me" by Natalie Grant

2) If you are a pacemakerchick (sorry guys, I couldn't find one like this for you), look up "Anthem" by Superchick

3) If you have a doctor, family member, friends, etc. who you feel is really dedicated to helping you cope w/ all this bull s***, listen to "Because You Loved Me" by Celine Dion

4) If you or someone you know is going through hard time, especially w/ their ticker, look up "In Better Hands" by Natalie Grant

5) Again, if you or someone you know is being a real trooper during these hard times (especailly w/ their ticker), "Hero" by Mariah Carey may be appropriate

6) "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus (no I don't like her either) is a good one for when we face our (daily) struggles

7) Ok, last one! "Held" by Natalie Grant (what? She's good!) is a good one for those who have lost loved ones to "our sort of things" - I thought CHD survivors/ angels in general

Phew! Ok, let it be noted that yes I DO have too much time on my hands, but NO this isn't all I do. :) LOL. So just listen to some of these; I know you have at least ONE song.

I think my new theme song will be "Shock the Monkey" by Peter Gabriel - I will continue to find the lighter side of having a pacemaker as much as possible...

I love Natalie Grant!

"In Better Hands" is a great song! In fact, I love it so much, and it is so true in my life, I have been rehearsing to sing it at church in the next couple of weeks.

I also love "Our Hope Endures"...Natalie Grant sings it too. The last year has been pretty rough on me...this song really hits the nail on the head for me. I love it!!!
