I am waiting for my St Judes pacemaker to send a signal to my remote, indicating the time for replacement. I am extremely tired & wonder if anyone else experienced fatigue with low battery

If your device has switched mode, your heart rate will be a steady 60. And yes, if that happened you will definitely feel tired.

When at rest, compare your palpable heart rate with the IPG base rate usually on your pacemaker card.
If significantly lower and sustained you could be in an EOLrate change.
In any case, do a manual download through your monitor and contact your pacing team ASAP.
When the battery goes past it's stable output, it can fall off relatively quickly.
Obviously fatigue can be down to other things like medication but if the indications point to replacement time, best get checked
