Will massage functions on a power lift assist recliner mess with the pacemaker?

I was told it will not

I use an old small I-Joy manual recline massage chair for scoliosis. My clinic said fine. There are magnets in it, but they are far enough away. I avoid the more violent percussion settings because I don't like it or need it, and I am still healing, 8 weeks out. My chiropractor is impressed with the results. They are good for you!

affect on the pacer

The magnets aren't going to interfere.

If you use rate response, the vibrations from the massage function may trick the pacer into thinking you are exerting and it will raise your rate. It's not going to hurt you but I don't care for the feeling.
