There is more info here than what you will likely need. But in any case, the Cleveland Clinic does have a responsibility to provide you with a cost estimate if you request it. In case you are unable to navigate through all the info on-line, you can call their main number and request to speak to "A Patient Financial Advocate". The operator may ask you to setup an appointment time to speak with one or they may connect you directly. The CC main number is: 800.223.2273
