I have had my dual BS pacemaker since June. Starting tomorrow on Beta Blocker Metroprolol . Anyone on that?

Metoprolol didn't agree with me

I found that it seemed to cause tiredness and some difficulties with stamina, but there are a number of different beta blockers and after trying some different ones I ended up on Nebivolol and have been on it for about 9 years now.
My experience

I don't want to pre-dispose you to look for issues--every person's experience is different, but here's mine: I was good with a lower dose of metoprolol, but my afib was "poorly controlled", so doctor doubled the dose. I started to experience fatigue that was not to be believed! The afib, however, was gone (two years now!), so doc was happy. I wandered through life half asleep, waiting for side effects to wear off, which should take months but for me was about a year.

Today I explained everything to my doctor, he set my lower rate back to 80 and I felt an immediate improvement.

Metaprolol is fine. I've used it for years without problems. For reasons unknown to me, my medication was changed to Carvedilol. That does not mean a thing for you, because every person is different.
Betablockers try to lower your heartbeat, but your pacemaker does not care about that and it will keep your minimum heartbeat on 60, which in most cases is the default setting.
So not to worry!
