MRI's are the main thing we have to avoid. If you have any doubt whatsoever, get the doc doing the endoscopy to ask your cardiologist for clearance. The anesthesiologist will want to know about your heart.

Not to worry. I had an upper and lower scope 2 years ago. The prep is the worst part, a real pain in the ass, haha. But the scoping is easy and no threat to your pm. They use a fiber optic tube to view and can take little snips for biopsy if needed. The anesthesia is a form of conscious sedation that only puts you part way under. Like I say, the clean out prep the night before is the hard part. You won't feel a thing during the procedue.
Thank you all

Thank you all for your comments.
I've been taking Nexium (PPI/Esomeprazole), Vometa and Polysilane (Antacids) for 1,5 months. But it seems not going well.
So my Doc. want to diagnose more deep thru Endoscopy.

Make sure the Endoscope doc and anesthesiologist know about your PM. They may require clearance from your EP before they'll do it.
