The risks of most of these events were substantially higher and more prolonged after SARS-CoV-2 infection than after vaccination in the same population."

The study size was staggeringly high due to the unique sharing of data in the UK. The data of 30 Million people were used in the analysis!

i got both doses of the Moderna and no signficant problems.

For me  getting these shots  is better than getting the virus.
