Today’s the big first day and I can’t sleep.

I got so many positive messages from everyone and I want to take the time later when I'm not choking back the tears to respond to everyone!  Thanks for all the support and kindness these last five years!  Your friendships have got me through some tuff stuff.  Hopefully this week is not a total hospital nightmare, I will try to update everyone ASAP hopefully with the news that I am officially on the list! I hope y'all are feeling ok these days, we all have are own difficult roads but we come out stronger in the end.  Thank you again and good morning/ hopefully good nap for me!

Good luck and stay calm

Dear Asully,

Hope you managed to get to sleep.  We look forward to hearing all about your transplant evaluation whenever you have the energy to write to us.  This is absolutely amazing for us too, to hear first hand all about this life saving procedure.  Try not to get too excited.  Easier said than done, I know.  Stay calm and absorb everything they tell you and then come back and share it with us please.

I see you will have a whole range of tests and discussions.  I hope they will find you an ideal candidate for the procedure.
