Can anyone recommend a good brand of Magnesium Orotate or Glycinate please?

Theresa, it is hard to recommend since there are many good brands out there.  When I consulted a holistic cancer doctor many years ago, she put me on a range of Nature's Own products and I am still here today.  She only used their products and I stayed on them for many years with good results.  

I would let your pharmacist and/or doctor know about any supplements you take though just in case of any interactions with other meds

I had to look to see what mine is, not sure I know the difference but I like Natural Vitality Calm which is magnesium citrate. It's gummies, so I'm more likely to actually take it. I hate swallowing pills!

I take Slow Mag.  It is a timed-release pill that my EP recommends.  I take 2 per day.
